Here are the upcoming character balance changes landing with the Marvel Rivals season 2.5 launch.

- Max health decreased (600 → 575).
- Shield recovery after Living Legend increased (2s → 4s).
- Ult cost increased (2800 → 3100).

- Daggers of Denak falloff improved (62.5% at 10m → 80% at 20m).
- Maelstrom of Madness falloff removed.

- Telepathic Pulse range increased (15.5m → 18m).
- Mind's Aegis shield strength decreased (500 → 400).
- Carbon Crush cooldown increased (5s → 6s).
- Crystal Kick damage decreased (50 → 40).
- Crystal Kick collision bonus damage decreased (100 → 90).

- Vine Strike damage decreased (70 → 65).
- Ironwood Wall cooldown increased (8s → 12s).

- Base damage increased (32 → 34).
- Blast Arrow projectile damage decreased (16 → 15).
- Blast Arrow explosion damage increased (32 → 34).
- Max focus increased (70 → 75).
- Focus charging speed increased (100/s → 108/s).
- Focus decay speed increased (30/s → 32/s).

- Nightsword Thorn ammo capacity increased (8 → 10).

- Fire Cluster damage decreased (7 → 6).
- Blazing Blast charge speed increased (2s → 3s).
- Flaming Meteor shield decreased (75 → 50).
- Flaming Meteor cooldown increased (15s → 20s).

- Dragon's Defense bonus health conversion decreased (1.5x → 1.3x).
- Dragon's Defense max bonus health decreased (200 → 175).
- Dragon's Defense cooldown reduction from Jeet Kune Do hits decreased (1.5s → 1s).

- Repulsor Blast third shot projectile damage decreased (50 → 45).
- Repulsor Blast third shot explosion damage decreased (60 → 55).
- Armor Overdrive bonus health decreased (100 → 50).

- Jeff has been significantly reworked to target being more of a front/midline support, and less of his current enemy harasser playstyle.
- Joyful Splash healing decreased (150/s → 100/s).
- Joyful Splash now also damages enemies (70/s).
- Joyful Splash damage falloff starts at 20m to a max of 65% damage at 40m.
- Joyful Splash can heal through allies (piercing), but not through enemies.
- Aqua Burst is now a charge ability, on a 3 second recharge each, to a max of 3 charges.
- Aqua Burst direct hits launch enemies upwards.
- Aqua Burst damage increased (40 → 50).
- Healing Bubble changes from burst heal to healing over time (85 → 30/s for 4 seconds).
- Healing Bubble max charges decreased (6 → 3).
- Healing Bubble no longer launches enemies.
- Hide and Seek now costs energy, has an energy cap of 120, drains by 20 per second while submerged, and restores by 15 per second otherwise.
- Hide and Seek healing decreased (35/s → 15/s).
- It's Jeff now grants 45 health per second, up to 150 bonus health on swallowed allies at maximum health.
- Critical damage received decreased (50% → 30%).

- Light & Dark Ice damage/healing increased (20 → 22).
- Absolute Zero now also grants 50 bonus health per enemy hit.
- Ult cost increased (4500 → 5000).

- Ring charge speed increased (4s → 3s).

- LBlessing of the Deep cooldown increased (15s → 20s).
- Horn of Proteus area increased (3m inner, 8m outer → 3.5m inner, 9m outer).
- Horn of Proteus outer damage decreased (200 → 180).
- Monstro Spawn damage falloff decreased (100% at 20m, 30% at 40m → 100% at 20, 50% at 40m).

- Wing Shuriken return damage decreased (14 → 12).
- Psychic Stealth duration decreased (3s → 2s).

- Burst Acorn ammo capacity increased (10 → 12).
- Mammal Bond cooldown decreased (12s → 10s).

- Ult cost increased (3100 → 3400).
- Galactic Legend max autolock range increased (30m → 40m).
- Galactic Legend damage falloff decreased (60% at 40m → 75% at 40m).

- Omega Hurricane damage increased (150/s → 160/s).

- Final Judgement movement speed while firing increased (30% → 40%).
- Final Judgement movement speed while not firing increased (80% → 90%).
- Adjudication ammo capacity increased (30 → 40).
- Adjudication damage increased (18 → 19).
- Adjudication spread decreased.

- Repair Mode direct hit healing decreased (55 → 50).

- Hammer Throw no longer costs Thorforce and no longer is part of his shared ability cooldown.
- Hammer Throw now has a 6 second cooldown.
- Hammer Throw grants 1 Thorforce per enemy hit.
- Hammer Throw outbound damage decreased (70 → 45).
- Hammer Throw return damage decreased (30 → 20).
- Thorforce consumption bonus health decreased (100 → 75).
Adjusted Team-ups
Allied Agents (Black Widow, Hawkeye) has been removed.Ammo Overload (Rocket Raccoon, The Punisher) has been removed.
Chilling Charisma (Jeff the Land Shark, Luna Snow) has been removed.
Gamma Charge (Hulk, Iron Man, Namor) has removed Iron Man from the team-up.
Symbiote Bond (Peni Parker, Spider-Man, Venom) has been removed.
New Team-ups
NEW Chilling Assault (Hawkeye, Luna Snow) grants Hawkeye a terrain piercing Ice Arrow which stuns from a long distance.NEW Jeff-nado (Jeff the Land Shark, Storm) lets Jeff and Storm ult together to create a deadly sharknado which damamges before swallowing foes.
NEW Operation: Microchip (Black Widow, The Punisher) grants Black Widow a new piercing shot.
NEW Rocket Network (Peni Parker, Rocket Raccoon) grants Peni a second Spider-Nest which also distributes armor packs, and upgrades Rocket's rebirth beacon to spawn cyber webs, drones, and mines.
NEW Stark Protocol (Iron Man, Ultron) grants Ultron a Nano-Ray which operates similar to Iron Man's uni-beam ability.
NEW Symbiote Shenanigans (Jeff the Land Shark, Venom) grants Jeff healing tendrils to rapidly heal nearby allies.
