Maximum health increased (350 → 375).
Stretch Punch (base/inflated) damage increased (60/75 → 65/80).
Stretch Punch Elasticity gain increased (5 → 8).
Base Elasticity gain decreased (30 → 20).
Flexible Elongation cooldown decreased (10s → 8s).
Flexible Elongation now slows nearby enemies by 35%.
Inflated bonus health decreased (450 → 400).
Brainiac Bounce now also gains inflated bonus health (400).
