Base health increased (250 → 275).
Blast Arrow projectile damage decreased (20 → 15).
Blast Arrow explosion damage increased (25 → 32).
Hunter's Sight now increases bow draw speed.
Hunter's Sight damage multiplier increased (1.2 → 1.5).
